Ethan Baxter joined the Rebels in February 2023 as Football Administration Assistant, was elevated to Executive Assistant to Head Coach Barry Odom four months later, and now serves as Assistant Director of Football Operations. Baxter came to Las Vegas with four years experience as a recruiting specialist that he compiled at his alma mater, the University of Arkansas. The graduate of the SEC school in his native state earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2021. While working as a recruiting assistant with the Razorbacks from 2019-23, he helped assemble four top-30 signing classes.
