Jezzie Gornto was officially announced as UNLV football's Director of Recruiting Operations on Feb. 19, 2025.
Gornto came to Las Vegas from the SEC after spending the previous two seasons as a recruiting analyst at the University of Florida where she supported the Gators efforts by enhancing recruiting strategies and logistics and facilitating events for prospective student-athletes and their families.
A graduate of UF, she was a co-captain of the school’s official dance team, served as a communications intern for the Gator women’s gymnastics team for one season and worked as a sports reporter for ESPN Gainesville in 2023.
Gornto graduated with her bachelor’s degree in public relations in 2023 and is on track to earn her master’s in science in sport management.
