Kyra Shea joined UNLV football in 2022 as executive assistant to the head coach and assistant director of football operations. She came to Las Vegas after three years at fellow Mountain West program Air Force where she was an administrative and operations assistant in Colorado Springs from May 2019 to March 2022. Previously she was the lead on-campus football recruiting intern for Northern Colorado in 2019 and an on-campus recruiting and operations intern at her alma mater, Colorado State in 2017. Shea earned her bachelor’s degree in natural resource tourism from CSU in May 2019.
