Leina Carvalho serves as UNLV football's recruiting operations director, overseeing all aspects of recruiting visits and events related to the Rebel gridiron program.
She moved to Las Vegas after spending the 2025 season as a recruiting operations assistant for the University of Oklahoma football program.
Previous to joining the Sooners, she was the recruiting operations coordinator for Utah Islanders Football, an independent football development program. No stranger to the Beehive State, Carvalho earned her bachelor's degree in 2025 from the University of Utah. During her time in Salt Lake City, she served as head recruiting intern for the Utes football program from December 2022 through April 2025. Â
