McKenna Johnson joined UNLV in time for the 2023 season to serve as Director of On-Campus Recruiting. In 2025 she was elevated to Director of Executive Operations for the Rebels. Johnson previously served as Football Coordinator of Recruiting Relations & Events at Rice University and On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator for her alma mater, UTSA. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Texas school in December 2021.
