Shelby McIntyre joined UNLV in 2020 as Director of Recruiting & High School Relations and added the title of Chief Strategy Officer in 2021.

She came to Las Vegas after two seasons as Director of Recruiting at North Texas. McIntyre made her return to the Mountain West as the South Lake Tahoe, California, native previously worked in football recruiting at Boise State.

McIntyre graduated from BSU with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business administration, and was a student-athlete competing in track and cross country. As a graduate student, she worked in recruiting for the Broncos football program.
