HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Bellaire HS under coach Trey Sissom … Earned first team all-district honors as both a junior and senior … Helped lead the Cardinals to a 7-4 record and a playoff appearance … Rushed for 777 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior … Led his squad to an 8-3 record and playoff spot as a junior … Rushed for 1,038 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior … Also competed on the track team for one year.
