Jonathan Pyke began his role as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at UNLV in the fall of 2024. In his role, Pyke is responsible for managing the financial aid of all UNLV student-athletes. He also serves as the day-to-day compliance liaison for Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Cross-Country, Women’s Track and Field, and Men and Women’s Swim and Dive. He also provides support as a secondary compliance liaison to Football.
Prior to joining the Rebels, Pyke most recently spent two years as the Director of Compliance at Northern Kentucky University. Before that, Pyke practiced law as an Associate Attorney at Hilliard, Martinez, Gonzales LLP. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Texas.
Pyke graduated from the University of Miami (FL) school of law with his L.L.M. in Entertainment, Arts, and Sport Law. Pyke also has his J.D. from Capital University and completed his bachelor’s degree in Sport Industry from the Ohio State University.
