Followed thay up with a personal best 5K time of 19:31.7 at the UCR Invite ... Second Rebel to cross the finish line at the MW Cross Country Championships, placing 93rd with a 6K time of 23:16.8 ... At the MW Indoor Championships, recorded personal best times of 11:06.44 in the 3000m and 5:24.15 in the mile ... Captured a 12th place finish in the 1500m (4:50.33 - personal best) at the Ben Brown Invite ...
