A familiar face on campus, Brittany Meade rejoined UNLV Athletics in May 2023 as Assistant Athletics Director for Facilities and Sport Operations.
Meade returned to the Silver State from Florida State University where she was the Associate Director of Athletics Facilities and Event Management. In her role with the Seminoles, she oversaw facility and event operations and administration of NCAA postseason championships for the FSU soccer and softball programs.
Prior to arrival in Tallahassee, she served at the University of Arizona for almost nine years as the Assistant Director of Event Operations for football, softball and women’s basketball. Her responsibilities included planning and executing hosting Pac-12 Conference regular-season competition, NCAA postseason championships and facility capital projects. In addition, Meade served in a dual role as the Director of Softball Operations, where she was responsible for all team travel, and administrative logistics.
Prior to moving to Arizona, Meade spent nine years with UNLV. She was first a Rebel softball student-athlete and earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiological sciences (2008), her master’s degree in sport educational leadership (2010) and eventually held the roles of Game Operations Graduate Assistant and Administrative Coordinator.
A native of Tucson, Meade is mom to her dogs, Bailee and Bo.Â
