Leif Caesar, a native of Lindsay, California, currently serves as assistant director of compliance for UNLV Athletics. In his current role, he oversees day-to-day compliance operations for the cross Country/track & field, women's soccer and swimming & diving programs. Additionally, he serves as a lead for "The Vegas Effect", UNLV's name, image, and likeness platform.

Caesar began his tenure at UNLV as a graduate assistant for NCAA Compliance. During that time, he earned his M.Ed. in intercollegiate and professional sport management there.

Prior to coming to Las Vegas, Caesar received his bachelor's degree in public affairs from UCLA, where he also served as a student manager for the Bruins' football team from 2018-20. Caesar is also a proud alumnus of Lindsay High School.
