CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The UNLV men's tennis team lost four of five completed singles matches and was defeated by No. 21 Minnesota 4-1 to close out the HEB Tennis Classic at the HEB Center Sunday.
The Rebels, ranked 61st, fell to 4-8 after losing for the fifth time in the last six matches.
UNLV's only point came at No. 1 singles where Vladimir Pavicevic continued his strong play with a 6-2, 1-6, 10-6 win over Harsh Mankad. Pavicevic won all three of his completed matches at the weekend tournament to improve to 6-5 at the top spot this spring.
