LAS VEGAS - The 24th-ranked UNLV women's tennis team finished its home schedule with an 11-2 record after a 5-2 victory over Colorado State at the Fertitta Tennis Complex Sunday.
Three Lady Rebel seniors - Paulina Janus, Amy Hadziosmanovic and Jackie White -- were honored before their final home match as UNLV improved to 14-3 and 5-0 in the Mountain West Conference while the Rams fell to 4-5 and 0-2.
Head Coach Kevin Cory's squad is now 23-3 at home in the last two seasons.
The Lady Rebels began the morning by winning two of three doubles matches for one team point. In singles play, Janus earned her 10th dual-match victory of the season with a 7-6, 6-0 win over Dasha Zhurin at No. 2. Hadziosmanovic used senior day to pick up her 50th career victory, 7-6, 6-0 over Jessica Jones at No. 6.
Also winning for UNLV were Tracie Chong at No. 3 and Agnieszka Abram at No. 4.
The Lady Rebels will close out their regular-season next weekend with two key conference road matches, beginning at Utah on Friday.
