Senior Joel Kielbowicz got by Marc Pijoan 6-4, 6-2 at the top position, Romain Massaro eased by Pablo Garces 6-0, 6-3 at No. 2, Brett Hunter swept Alex Danilkovich 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3, freshman Elliot Wronski improved to 3-0 with a rally at No. 4, while Jonathan Hooper and Wesley Burrows also scored for the hosts.

"It was unbelievable weather for our first match and great to get the win" UNLV head coach Owen Hambrook said. "We found some areas where we need some improvement but to win up and down the line is a nice way to start out our home schedule."
