FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) -- Andy Dalton rushed for two touchdowns and directed TCU to another first-half score in a 34-10 win over UNLV on Saturday night.

The Horned Frogs (6-5, 3-4 Mountain West) earned bowl eligibility after scoring touchdowns on their first four possession. Dalton ran for a career-high 73 yards, scoring on a pair of 3-yard runs.

TCU's ground attack, which averages about 140 yards per game, amassed 251 yards, 181 in the first half. Besides Dalton, Aaron Brown and Joseph Turner had rushing touchdowns.

Trailing 28-0, UNLV cut into the TCU lead just before halftime when Travis Dixon threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Frank Summers. The Rebels (2-9, 1-6) added a field goal in the third quarter.

Brown, TCU's leading rusher, injured his left ankle late in the third quarter and left the field on crutches. No other details on the injury were available.
