In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must be a varsity letterwinner, have a GPA of at least 3.50 for the current academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
Individually honored for head coach Kevin Cory's team was its top singles and doubles player, senior Kristina Nedeltcheva; junior Anna Maskaljun and freshman Ella Bourchier.
It marked the eighth consecutive season that at least two UNLV women earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
UNLV was the only school in the Mountain West Conference to see both its men's and women's teams earn the ITA honor in 2010.
