LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV's Lina Rathsack was named the Collegeswimming.com Mountain West Women's Swimmer of the Week, the website announced on Tuesday. She is the second Rebel to earn weekly honors this season.

This past weekend, Rathsack set a pair of new school records in the Georgia Tech Invitational. She claimed the 200 breast with a time of 2:11.83, while taking runner-up honors in the 100 breast in 1:01.14. Both were new team standards, are the top times in the Mountain West and good for a NCAA 'B' cut as well.

Also on the weekend, Rathsack finished sixth in both the 50 free and the 200 IM in the three-day invitational.

UNLV returns to action in the UNLV Winter Invitational, held Dec. 12-14 in Buchanan Natatorium.
