Nov. 16, 2016 LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV swimming and diving is on the road this week as it will compete in the three-day Mizzou Invite at the Mizzou Aquatic Center from Thursday-Saturday. Competition will begin each morning at 8 am with the preliminaries, while the finals will begin at 4 pm. Live results are available for all three days off a link on UNLVRebels.com.
Teams that will be competing this weekend at the Invite include: Missouri, Drury, Illinois, Iowa State, Wyoming, LSU, Nebraska, North Dakota State, Northern Colorado, SMU, Texas A&M and Wisconsin. This will be the third fourth competition of the season for the UNLV women after dual meets against Nevada, Reno, Utah and BYU. The Rebel men meanwhile have swam against both Utah and BYU.
UNLV men are led by senior Tom Paco-Pedroni, who ranks 25th in the nation in the 50 free. Kristina Hendricks meanwhile has been one of top swimmers in the Moutnain West while the women also have a strong freshmen class this season.
