LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV softball was shut out by Utah State 7-0 on Saturday afternoon at Eller Media Stadium. The Rebels drop to 18-19, 2-6 while the Aggies improve to 15-13, 3-2.
Utah State took the lead for good right away in the first inning. Kirstyn Namba drew a walk to leadoff the game and advanced to second on a wild pitch. A double down the left field line by Noelle Johnson with one out knocked in Namba.

Utah State was able to score three runs the next inning on three hits and two walks. A walk with the bases loaded with two outs and a two RBI-single down the right field produced the three runs for the Aggies.
