SAN JOSE, California (UNLVRebels.com) -Â UNLV men's soccer gave up a goal in each half while a missed penalty kick would come back to haunt the Rebels as they dropped a WAC road match at San Jose State by a 2-1 score Sunday afternoon at the Spartan Soccer Complex. QUOTABLE
"Giving up a goal at the wrong time, right after halftime, that's a bad time for us to give us goals and we didn't recover the way I hoped we would. We did battle and we had chances, San Jose State had more, and at the end of the day we played a strong team on their home field. We look forward to getting back home to play Incarnate Word on Saturday night and we hope to regroup."
- Head Coach Rich Ryerson
