Three Divers Represent UNLV At 2018 NCAA Zone E Championships

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - Myka Fielding will be representing the women for UNLV, while Robert Morgan and Jesse Cawley will compete for the Rebel men at this week's NCAA Diving Zone E meet. This year's competition will run Monday-Wednesday, March 5-7 on the campus of Northern Arizona in the Douglas J. Wall Aquatic Center in Flagstaff.

The women will being prelims at 11:00 am (MST) Monday and Tuesday, with finals starting at 2:35 pm. Men will start prelims at 5:35 pm and finals at 7:20 pm. On Wednesday, women will have prelims at 11:00 am and finals at 1:35 pm, men will have prelims at 3:50 pm and finals at 5:35 pm.

Monday: Women 1-meter. Men 3-meter.

Tuesday: Women 3-meter, Men 1-meter.

Wednesday: Platform

"I'm really excited for all my divers," said diving coach Landon Marzullo. "All three just came off a really successful conference meet, I look forward to carrying that momentum into zones."

Senior Myka Fielding scored a 286.02 in the 1-meter placing fifth at the 2018 Mountain West championships and earned a score of 326.60 placing fourth in the 3-meter. Fielding will compete in both events.

Senior Robert Morgan scored a 321.00 in the 1-meter, winning a conference title in the 2018 WAC Championships. He will be competing in the 1-meter

Freshman Jesse Cawley placed third in 3-meter in the 2018 WAC Championships with a score of 318.10. He also finished second in platform with a score of 341.50, earning him two events to compete in during NCAA Zone E Championships.
