LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV Lady Rebels start a four-game homestand Saturday night with a 5:30 pm contest against South Carolina State in the Cox Pavilion.
There is also a special ticket promotion for the contest, as fans that bring 2 or more canned foods to the ticket window will receive $4 off their admission, while during the game a Thanksgiving Cooking Kit will also be raffled off.
Tickets normally for UNLV women's basketball are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and staff, while kids 17 and under are free at UNLV Lady Rebel contests. Fans can also receive $3 off their admission if they purchase their ticket at UNLVTickets.com by the night before the game.

UNLV Game Notes
♦ The Lady Rebels will actually be playing in the Cox Pavilion for the first time this season after playing their first two games in the Thomas & Mack Center.
♦ All three games for UNLV this year have come down to the final minutes, including Tuesday's contest at SUU, in which the Lady Rebels ended the fourth quarter on a 20-3 run to force overtime, before eventually falling 72-68 in the extra period.
♦ This is the second meeting between UNLV and South Carolina State, after the Bulldogs pulled off a surprising 58-49 win in Orangeburg a year ago.
♦ Sophomore guard Justice Ethridge has posted double-figures in three straight games, while senior center Rodjanae Wade has two double-doubles in the first three games.
♦ Following the game, UNLV will host the Lady Rebel Round-Up on Thanksgiving weekend (Elon, IUPUI, St. John's) and then open MW play Dec. 2 against Fresno State.
♦ The 2019-20 UNLV Lady Rebel squad are one of the youngest and least experienced teams in the Mountain West this season after graduating four senior starters. UNLV has 10 underclassmen on this year's squad, with seven freshmen and three sophomores, while the four-member senior class had a total of two career starts (as a Lady Rebel) entering the season.
