LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV women's basketball has received a signed commitment from Maia Rosarion to join the Lady Rebels for the 2026-27 season, head coach
Lindy La Rocque announced today.
"We are pumped to finish out our roster by adding Maia to our Lady Rebels family," said La Rocque. "Maia has tremendous upside with her athleticism, work ethic, and feel for the game on both sides of the floor. She is an explosive, dynamic guard with great size. We're looking forward to getting her in our system and culture."
Rosarion, a 5-foot-10 guard from Vancouver, British Columbia, finished her sophomore campaign with UNR. She played in 30 games for the Wolf Pack and had one start. Rosarion averaged 4.7 points per game (141 total) to go with 2.0 rebounds per game (61). For UNR, Rosarion shot 52.7% (58 of 110) from the field and 60.9% (14 of 23) from the charity stripe. She scored in double-figures in five games during the 2025-26 season including a season-high 16 against Colorado State. Prior to her stint at UNR, Rosarion started her collegiate career at Morehead State, where she averaged 5.9 points per game and averaged 5.2 rebounds per game. She totaled 151 boards and 171 points. Rosarion collected three double-doubles with the Eagles including two games with 20 points.
Rosarion is the final piece of the Lady Rebels 2026-27 roster and she joins Ava Bergeson, Jayla Constant, Arianna Davis, Bergan Kinnebrew, Keonni Lewis, Norah Moo, Terri'A Russell and Tristan William as incoming players for the Lady Rebels.
