LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Football's fifth spring practice under head coach
Tony Sanchez will run February 25 through April 6 and culminate with the annual Spring Showcase.
The Rebels will again hold practices on campus at Ernie Becker Sr. Football Fields at Bill "Wildcat" Morris Rebel Park.
UNLV is scheduled to work out in the morning each Monday, Wednesday and Friday for approximately two hours (8:10-10:20 a.m.) for three weeks before the university's spring break. After returning to campus, there is another week and then a final week of sessions set for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
All practices are open to the public but viewing areas are restricted and no use of mobile communication devices will be allowed while at Rebel Park. Please note that dates, times and dress are subject to change.
The public is invited to attend the FREE family-friendly Spring Showcase April 6, which will kick off at noon and be held on campus at UNLV's soccer complex at Peter Johann Memorial Field. The Showcase will be preceded by the popular biennial UNLV Athletics Inventory Clearance Sale staged inside the McDermott PE Complex's North Gym where the public can purchase official men's and women's team apparel such as game uniforms, jerseys, warm-ups, coaching shirts and athletic shoes as well as other memorabilia. The much-anticipated sale will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cash and major credit cards will be accepted and all proceeds benefit the UNLV Athletics Department.
UNLV Athletics has announced its 2019 football season ticket renewal packages, including the new Faithful Fan Pricing initiative. Fans purchasing season tickets this year may purchase season tickets for the same price per game in the new Las Vegas Stadium opening in 2020. The Faithful Fan Price was developed to reward loyalty and is the latest in a recent string of innovative ticketing strategies UNLV has announced in the past year to increase fan engagement.
UNLV's 2019 season ticket holders will receive the benefit of the same per game price for comparable seat locations in Las Vegas Stadium in 2020.
