LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - For the third straight season, UNLV has placed more than two members of its men's swimming and diving team onto the Western Athletic Conference All-Academic Team for winter sports, as the league office released the academic teams Wednesday.

Two Rebels were honored for a third year, senior James Piotrowski and senior Ethan Klein. Claiming their second career academic honor was junior Dagen Kipling.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests. More Rebels may be named this summer when the conference releases its' transfer/freshman academic squad.
