LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Football will end its spring practice with Saturday's annual Spring Showcase presented by Findlay Toyota.
The public is invited to attend the FREE family-friendly event, which will kick off at noon and be held again at UNLV's soccer complex at Peter Johann Memorial Field. Parking is also free. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Smoke'n Sam's BBQ.
Fans are invited to take photos with the famed Fremont Cannon, which will be on display, as well as stick around for an autograph session with the players and coaches on the field following the scrimmage at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The Showcase will be preceded by the popular biennial UNLV Athletics Inventory Clearance Sale staged inside the McDermott PE Complex's North Gym where the public can purchase official men's and women's team apparel such as game uniforms, jerseys, warm-ups, coaching shirts and athletic shoes as well as other memorabilia. The much-anticipated sale will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cash and major credit cards will be accepted and all proceeds benefit the UNLV Athletics Department.
For the first time, current UNLV football and basketball season ticket holders will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive one-hour shopping experience from 8-9 a.m. before the doors open to the general public. Fans must have renewed their tickets for the 2019 season by 5 p.m. Friday for the special access and can pick up their wristbands (one per season ticket purchased) at the Earl E. Wilson Baseball Stadium Ticket Office starting at 7:00 a.m. (I.D. required).
UNLV Athletics has announced its 2019 football season ticket renewal packages, including the new Faithful Fan Pricing initiative. Fans purchasing season tickets this year may purchase season tickets for the same price per game in the new Las Vegas Stadium opening in 2020.
UNLV's 2019 season ticket holders will receive the benefit of the same per game price for comparable seat locations in Las Vegas Stadium in 2020.
