LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team had to come from behind on Saturday morning but ultimately downed Pacific 4-1 in the first of two today at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

The Rebels improved to 3-0 while the Tigers fell to 0-2.

UOP began the day by taking the first two completed doubles matches for a 1-0 lead. Moving to singles, the hosts did not lose a set and clinched it with four wins in the heart of the lineup.

REBEL OF THE MATCH: Freshman Anton Ornberg was tied at 5 in doubles when his match with partner Jackson Atherton was halted but he ended up clinching the match with a 7-6, 6-0 win over Tadima Chimano at No. 4 singles.

NEXT FOR THE REBELS: UNLV will close out its weekend barrage of matches by hosting Hawai'i starting at 2 p.m. Admission to all matches are free of charge.
