First MW Road Trip For Lady Rebels Starts Monday

UNLV has won six straight against Utah State.

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV Lady Rebels are off to Logan for their first Mountain West road games of the season with a pair of contests at Utah State Jan. 25 and Jan. 27. Both games will tip off at 5 pm in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

There will be a live video stream available on the Mountain West Network and UNLVRebels.com, while the radio broadcast, featuring Wyatt Tomchek as play-by-play and Mark Wasik as color analyst can also be accessed at UNLVRebels.com.

UNLV Game Notes

♦  The Lady Rebels have played their first three league series at home, and split all three. That included handing New Mexico its only loss of the season as well as a win against first-place Colorado State.
♦  This will be just the second and third road games of the season for UNLV. The other game away from Las Vegas for the Lady Rebels was an 81-67 win at Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 2, marking the first collegiate victory for head coach Lindy La Rocque.
♦  UNLV has dominated the all-time series with the Aggies, with a 25-4 record against Utah State. That includes a current six-game win streak in which all six wins are by double-digits.
♦  This will be the third and fourth games in an eight-day span for the Aggies, as they lost by scores of 90-59 and 88-73 at Colorado State. UNLV meanwhile has been off since Jan. 17, following an 81-73 home loss to New Mexico.
♦  UNLV is one of the youngest and most inexperienced teams in the nation. The 11-player Lady Rebels roster is the sixth-youngest team in the nation with an average age of 19.5, while they are the only team in the nation with at least 90% of its roster that started the season with just one career total Division I start.
