OREM, Utah (UNLVRebels.com) – In the first test of a tough three-game road trip, the UNLV men's soccer team suffered a 4-1 setback to Utah Valley on Saturday night at Clyde Field. The loss snaps a two-game win streak for the Rebels, who fall to 6-7 overall on the year and 2-4 in WAC play.

On its only score of the night, Aedon Kyra put the Rebels on the board with a header in the 79th minute on the double assist from seniors Bailey Letherman and Marco Gonzalez for his team-best sixth goal this season. The Wolverines (6-3-2, 3-20), however, held an insurmountable 3-1 advantage at that point and UVU's fourth goal later in the 87th minute killed any remaining comeback attempt by UNLV.

UNLV will continue its tough stretch of road matches in the coming week when it heads to Phoenix to face No. 25 Grand Canyon on Friday at 7 p.m. PT.
