LOS ANGELES (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV men's and women's diving team concluded the three-day Trojan Diving Invitational Sunday with their fifth top-10 individual finish of the meet at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

Also competing at the meet were divers representing host USC, UCLA, Fresno State, Air Force, Cal Poly and Azusa Pacific.

Mirroring his consistency for the Rebel men in the 3-meter and platform events, freshman Dima Tereshchenko tacked on the final of his three third-place performances over the weekend on the 1-meter springboard. Tereshchenko's final round score of 311.75 catapulted him into fourth all-time in the UNLV record book to wrap up his weekend with a trio of new top-5 program marks.

In the competition's finale, the Scarlet and Gray's newcomer edged three competitors from WAC foe Air Force, along with two from Cal Poly and one from the Trojans - who won the 1-meter event with a 1-2 finish.

UP NEXT: The Rebels' swimmers will give the divers a break when they travel to Knoxville, Tenn. to compete in the Tennessee Invitational at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center from Thursday (Nov. 18) through Saturday (Nov. 20).
