GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNLV swimming and diving's Vuk Celic rounded out his appearance at the 2021 NCAA Championships Saturday afternoon in the final of his two individual events during the week at the Greensboro Aquatics Center.
 
Celic capped his first year for the Rebels with a 20th-place finish in the 1650 free, reaching the wall on a time of 14:58.26. The finish by the Serbian native came just two days after he finished first in his heat and 29th overall in the 500 free (4:17.68).
 
QUOTABLE: "Obviously not the results we were hoping for this weekend, but Vuk has the heart of a true champion and competitor. He'll certainly use this as fuel for the upcoming season, I have no doubt.
