LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team remained undefeated by posting a 4-0 victory over Weber State to close out the weekend Sunday at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
The Rebels improved to 4-0 while the Wildcats fell to 1-5.
UNLV grabbed a 1-0 lead by winning two close doubles matches on courts two and three. In singles, Rebels Zac Brodney, Zach Garner and Tom Ciszewski all won in straight sets to end things.
REBEL OF THE MATCH: Zac Brodney stayed perfect in dual matches by winning his doubles match, 7-6, with partner Milos Dabic, and then sweeping Bo-Han Li, 6-1, 6-2, at the No. 3 singles spot.
QUOTABLE: "It was great to see a solid effort from everyone during a long weekend of matches but we have a number of areas to improve on. A big thanks to everyone who came out to support the team this weekend."
