LOS ANGELES (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's swimming and diving teams concluded USC's Trojan Diving Invitational with three additional top-10 finishes Sunday at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
The Rebel finishes capped a weekend of nine top-10 finishes as a team.
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
*Leading all Rebels, junior
Vika Yanovska scored a 271.85 in the 1-meter finals to finish in seventh place (532.90) among a pool of 18 competitors.
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
*Wrapping up their weekend in the platform event, sophomore
Dima Tereshchenko (482.50) and junior
Jamie Spilchak (475.00) finished in seventh and eighth, respectively.
UP NEXT: The Rebels will return to action when they head to the Twin Cities for the Minnesota Invitational, which will be hosted by the University of Minnesota Wednesday-Saturday, Nov. 30-Dec. 3.
