LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's swimming and diving teams will travel to Phoenix for their final tune-up of the 2021-22 regular season Saturday at Grand Canyon. The competition begins at 10 a.m. PT at the Fr. Edward A. Reese Aquatic Center.

LAST TIME OUT: Last weekend, the Rebel men and women combined to win 24 events on the way to completing respective sweeps over Hawai'i and Wyoming. On the men's side, the Rebels topped the Cowboys, 223-124, and Rainbow Warriors by a score of 191-148. The Scarlet and Gray's women's squad, meanwhile, won by final tallies of 216-131 over Wyoming and 176-160 over the Rainbow Wahine.
REBELS ATOP THE MOUNTAIN WEST: UNLV currently holds four of the Mountain West's fastest individual times on the season. Super senior Kate Afanasyeva spearheads that list with her pair of MW-leading marks across the 50 back (24.57) and 100 back (52.98). Additionally, senior

Panos Bolanos in the 100 back (46.48) and 200 back (1:41.18), junior Cam Castro in the 1000 free (9:21.07) and 1650 free (15:04.59) and freshman
Adnan Beji in the 200 breast (1:55.71) and 100 IM (50.25). Senior
