A native of Cluj Napoca, Romania, Schneider graduated with her bachelor's degree in hospitality this month with a cumulative GPA of 3.76. This past season, Schneider repeated as Mountain West champion in the 100 free and anchored UNLV's 400 medley relay team to a MW title. The 2021-22 Academic All-District At-Large Teams, selected by the members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in their respective sports and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot. Academic All-America honorees will be announced in June.
