LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's soccer team (0-4) dropped a 1-0 contest to UTEP (1-3) on Sunday afternoon at Peter Johann Memorial Field.

The Rebels dominated the Miners in total shots, 16-5, and finished with the upper hand in shots on goal, 6-3. But UTEP's goal in the 75th minute ended up being the difference in the final outcome.

UNLV will continue its homestand over Labor Day weekend on Sunday, September 4, when it hosts Eastern Washington in a 1 p.m. PT tilt.
