UNLV eager to make up for last year’s regular-season finale loss
LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — The Lady Rebels haven't forgotten how their 2022 regular season ended. And they've waited 332 days to have their revenge.
The first of two women's basketball matchups in the 2022-23 Silver State Series presented by America First Credit Union pits UNLV (19-2 overall, 9-0 Mountain West) against UNR (7-12, 4-4) Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Cox Pavilion.
The Wolf Pack spoiled senior night and Mountain West Championship celebration with a 71-64 win in Las Vegas on March 2, 2022. The hiccup fueled UNLV's dominating run through the Mountain West Championship tournament.
