Rebels Grab Seven Personal Bests At Red Rock Invite

HENDERSON, Nev. (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV track & field program completed the Red Rock Invitational Saturday morning at the CSN Track on the campus of College of Southern Nevada with seven personal bests.

ON THE TRACK
- Senior Ellen Wise won the women's 1500m open run with a time of 5:18.87, followed by senior Mackenize Moss in second (5:22.68) and freshman Nicole Boskovich in third with a personal best time of 5:23.89. Freshman Aine McDade finished in fourth with a personal best time of 5:38.05 and sophomore Stephanie Zamora rounded out the top five for the Rebels finishing with times of 5:38.05 and 5:40.56, respectively.
- Freshman Abigail Danlag took second in the women's 800m run with a personal best time of 2:27.91. Boskovich finished third with a personal best time of 2:39.54 and junior Morgan Aittama followed in fourth also with a personal best (2:46.92). McDade secured her second PR of the day with a time of 2:49.42 in the women's 800m run, earning her the fifth spot overall. Freshman Taylor Gauthier rounded out the top six for the Rebels with a personal best of 2:51.58.

UP NEXT: The Rebels will close out the regular season with a trip to Tucson, Arizona for the Desert Heat Classic set for Saturday, April 29.
