LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — The Rebels travel west for two games in The Golden State this week. UNLV visits UC Santa Barbara on Sept. 4 before playing CSUN on Sept. 7.
The Labor Day matchup kicks off at 7 p.m. Thursday's game at Northridge starts at 7:30 p.m. Both matchups will stream live on ESPN+.
UNLV (1-1-0) faces a tested UCSB (1-2-0) squad that has a win versus Pacific sandwiched between losses to Oral Roberts and then-No. 6 Portland.
CSUN (1-0-2) visits UCLA ahead of Thursday's match with the Rebels. The Matadors most recently clobbered then-No. 12 San Diego 3-1.Â
The Rebels are riding high after capturing a 2-1 victory over Santa Clara last Thursday in Las Vegas. Theo Minard headed in the game-winner in the 67th minute from
Nico Lopez's free kick. Lopez also assisted UNLV's first goal, scored by
Brophy Howard in the 37th minute.
