LOS ANGELES (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's diving teams recorded three top-5 finishes on the second day of USC's Trojan Diving Invitational Saturday at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
 
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN: 
- Headlining the Rebel women's performances, senior Vika Yanovska earned a fifth-place score of 545.75 on the 3-meter springboard.
- Freshmen Allyse Abbott (491.10) and Wylde Chupich (429.05) placed eighth and 11th in the 3-meter competition, respectively.
 
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
- Senior Dima Tereshchenko led the Scarlet & Gray men's squad with a third-place finish on platform (600.05).
- Adding another top-5 finish on the day, sophomore Alex Vazquez dove to a fifth-place score of 537.65.
- Additionally, sophomore Ronan Robinson posted a ninth-place finish with an overall score of 348.85.
 
UP NEXT: The diving competition will conclude Sunday with the men's 1-meter and women's platform competitions.
