LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's diving teams head to Flagstaff, Arizona, as five Rebels will compete at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships, which are being hosted by Northern Arizona from Monday-Wednesday at Wall Aquatic Center.
On the opening day, the prelims are set for 11:30 a.m. PT, with finals starting at 1:25 p.m. PT. Each of the remaining days will see prelims start at 11:30 a.m. PT and finals at 1:40 p.m. PT.
Representing the Rebels in all three specialties - the 1-meter, 3-meter and platform - are senior
Vika Yanovska on the women's side, as well as junior
Dima Tereshchenko and freshman Alex Vazquez on the men's side. Joining their Scarlet & Gray teammates at the meet, senior
Jamie Spilchak qualified in the men's platform event, while freshman
Chelsey Dorosh earned her spot in the women's 1-meter and platform events.

DiveMeets link here. The top five female and top four male divers from each event at their respective zone diving championship
will be eligible to compete at the NCAA Championships.
RECORD-BREAKING REBELS: The Rebels have reached new heights this season with school records in two events on both the men's and women's squads. At the Mountain West Championships, Yanovska set the program's top 1-meter mark (330.80) and Dorosh added a program-best score on the platform (242.10). Additionally, Vazquez broke the men's program's 1-meter (334.25) and 3-meter (368.25) records at the WAC Championships.
LAST TIME OUT: In their respective league championship meets, the Scarlet & Gray collected three medals, including Yanovska's MW title on the 1-meter springboard, Tereshchenko's WAC platform bronze and Vazquez's WAC 3-meter bronze.
