COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (UNLVRebels.com) – Illia Maksymchuk reached the main draw singles final before falling to host Arjun Karsten, 7-6, 6-0, to close out the squad's stay at this weekend's ITA Bedford Cup in the Mountains, which is hosted annually at the Air Force Academy.
 
Competing in the singles and doubles individual events at the USAF Outdoor Courts, four Rebels faced competitors from 11 other schools in the mountain region.
 
Maksymchuk, a sophomore from Ukraine, finished with a 3-1 mark in singles at the tourney.
