LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The four-time defending Mountain West regular season champions, UNLV Lady Rebels, will play its only exhibition game of the 2025-26 season on Wednesday, October 29 hosting Southern Nazarene. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at The Pavilion.
 
The Scarlet & Gray have been selected No. 1 in the Mountain West to win a fifth straight conference championship during the 2025-26 campaign.
 
Individually, UNLV picked up two preseason accolades with graduate student guard Aaliyah Alexander and redshirt sophomore forward Meadow Roland were both selected to the Preseason All-MW squad.
 
Additionally, graduate student guard Destiny Leo has been named one of 20 shooting guards to the 2026 Ann Meyers Drysdale Award preseason watch list.
 
HOME OPENER/SEASON OPENER: The Lady Rebels will open the 2025-26 campaign hosting Washington State on Wednesday, November 5. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m. at The Pavilion. Tickets may be purchased by clicking here.
 
ABOUT THE ROSTER: The Lady Rebels return five of the 13 players from their 2025 championship team, including starter Aaliyah Alexander and Mountain West Sixth and Freshman of the Year Meadow Roland. UNLV welcomes nine new players, which includes graduate students Shelbee Brown and Destiny Leo, seniors Destiny Brown and Mariah Elohim, juniors Ongolea Afu and Sydni Summers and freshmen Trystan James, Hodaya Kabada and Alexis Swillis.
 
PACK THE PAVILION: UNLV will host a marquee matchup against No. 16 Baylor on Friday, November 14 at 6 p.m. The Lady Rebels and Bears' contest will be televised on CBS Sportsnet.
 
UNLV TURKEY TIP-OFF: The annual UNLV Thanksgiving tournament will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center on Wednesday, November 26 and Friday, November 28. The tournament will feature the Lady Rebels, Creighton, Northern Arizona and Northern Iowa. UNLV will first play Creighton in a rematch of the 2023 NCAA First Round on Wednesday, November 26 at 12 p.m.
