Veronika Kliuch won the top flight of the event by downing Candela Aparisi of Cal Poly, 7-5, 6-3; Eszter Kis-Czacko outlasted Kennedy Buntock of Cal Poly, 3-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-7);
Hudson Hawkins downed Jessica MacCallum of Cal Poly, 6-0, 6-3; and
Sofiia Sokolvak swept Cameron Hendrix of Utah Tech, 6-3, 6-0.
UNLV will open its dual-match schedule on January 30 by hosting Weber State.
