FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's diving teams concluded their trip to the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships Wednesday at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center.
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
- Representing the Rebels on platform, senior Dima Tereshchenko earned a career-best zone finish with a score of 543.50 to land in 17th place.
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
- Leading the Scarlet & Gray in the 1-meter dive, senior Vika Yanovska notched a score of 490.30 to place 15th overall.
- During the 1-meter prelims, freshman Allyse Abbott scored a 220.35 to finish in 31st, while sophomore Chelsey Dorosh posted a score of 173.85.
UP NEXT: The Rebels will be represented by senior Daniel Nicusan and sophomore Alex Vazquez at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in Federal Way, Washington, from March 26-29.
