FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV men's swimming senior Daniel Nicusan finished the second swim of his three-event week at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships Friday at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center.

Competing in the 100 breast, Nicusan notched a 25th-place finish with a time of 51.83 seconds in the prelims session.

Throughout the year, Nicusan broke the 100 breast school record twice. One of those times came during the WAC Championship, where he won the conference title and posted a WAC record in the event.

UP NEXT: Nicusan will conclude his trip Saturday competing in the 200 breast. Prelims for the day start at 10 a.m. PT, followed by potential finals at 6 p.m. PT.
