LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV football placed five players on the East-West Shrine 1000 watch list, which was released this week by the annual postseason all-star event.
The list consists of the best 1,000 players throughout all of college football who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl and the 2026 NFL Draft class.
On offense, the list includes wide receiver
JoJo Earle, quarterback
Alex Orji and center
Reid Williams. Defensively, defensive back
Denver Harris and linebacker
Justin Flowe made the cut. The five representatives ranked second in the Mountain West this time around.
Two Rebels on last year's July list were later selected to play in the postseason game – current Seattle Seahawks wide receiver
Ricky White III and Houston Texans defender
Jackson Woodard.
The East-West Shrine Bowl is a best-in-class all-star event that will take place at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, on Jan. 27, 2026.
Under the direction of first-year head coach
Dan Mullen, the Rebels will kick off their 58th season of football August 23 by hosting Idaho State in the earliest game in program history.
