LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – In spite of a second-half shutout by its defense, UNLV women's soccer wound up being edged by Cal Poly, 1-0, Sunday afternoon at Peter Johann Memorial Field.
On the attack, the Rebels (0-4-1) held the upper hand with a 5-4 shots-on-goal advantage, but didn't see an equalizer drop to answer the Mustangs' (1-0-5) 17th-minute goal.
