Rebels Come Up Short In Non-Conference Finale Vs. Bengals

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV women's soccer came up short in its non-conference finale Thursday night that ended in a 2-0 defeat to Idaho State at Peter Johann Memorial.

The Rebels (2-6-1) posted all three of their shots on goal in the second half that required saves by the Bengals (3-5-2), but couldn't overcome the visitor's 20th-minute and 48th-minute goals.

UP NEXT: The Rebels open Mountain West play at home on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. vs. San Jose State.
