LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV women's golf head coach Amy Bush-Herzer announced Thursday the return of former Rebel Madeleine Laux to the program as an assistant coach.

"We're incredibly excited to welcome Madeleine back," said Bush-Herzer. "She was a tremendous competitor and an outstanding teammate, while displaying strong leadership on and off the course during her time here. Her familiarity with our championship culture, coupled with her experience as a student-athlete, will be an invaluable asset to our team. She knows what it takes to succeed at UNLV and our players will benefit immensely from her perspective and guidance."

Laux, who competed for the Rebels from 2020-24 under Bush-Herzer, will assist with team practices. An Academic All-Mountain West honoree as a student-athlete, she graduated from UNLV with her degree in elementary education.
